Parking Suspension? Taken Care Of.
For one customer, we coordinated a parking suspension to support planned works taking place on College Grove Road.
The local authority confirmed the suspension of approximately 40 metres of permit holders’ parking bays outside the works area for the required dates.
Signage was arranged to notify residents and motorists of the temporary parking suspension, and a vehicle dispensation permit was issued to allow the works vehicle to park within the suspended area.
An additional parking bay was also required to support the works and traffic management. As the bay was unrestricted, Parking Services were unable to formally suspend it. However, arrangements were made for the works team to take control of the area and cone it off whilst the works were taking place.
With the parking arrangements confirmed and the necessary details in place, another important element of the project was taken care of.

The site-specific pack brought together the available utility information, plans and responses into one organised document, helping the client access the information required for their planned works.
